Sunny - Adoptable at Warwick Animal Shelter

A sweet kitty to brighten your day!

"Sunny"
"Sunny" (Warwick Animal Shelter)

Sunny is a 7 year old black and white male that was found as an unneutered stray on Sunset Ave in Warwick. You can see that Sunny "Tommy'd around" quite a bit as his ears are a little straggly, but we see a lot of potential in this sweetly shy guy. Sunny really needs a cat-savvy owner, not a first-time cat owner. He probably lived his whole life on the streets, he's a little rough around the edges but since Sunny was neutered, his hormones are chilling out and his beautiful personality is really starting to shine. Once you spend a little time with him at the shelter, he warms right up and loves to play with the laser toy! Sunny is FIV positive - he can live with other cats but he just can't go outside anymore. Many people have FIV+ cats living with other cats, it's not a death sentence, so don't let that be a reason to turn the page past Sunny. He seems to like other cats too. At the shelter, he received his vaccinations, was neutered, had a hernia repaired, some dental extracts, and tested FeLV negative. Sunny is living his best life now… he just needs a home to call his own!
