Supreme Glamour - Mary Wilson of the Supremes returns to Cranston

Supreme Glamour - Mary Wilson of the Supremes performs at RI's Park Theatre August 18

On August 18, 2019, at 8 p.m., the Hereford Entertainment Group in partnership with the historic Park Theatre will present the one and only Mary Wilson of the Supremes. As one-third of the most successful female recording group of all time, Ms. Wilson played, and continues to play an integral part in social and cultural changes being made around the world. For her Park Theatre show, she will perform classic Supremes hits as well as some of her own, and other favorites from the golden age of Motown.

A Grammy-winning singer, best-selling author, motivational speaker, businesswoman, former U.S. Cultural Ambassador, wife, mother, and grandmother — she has yet to slow down. Just weeks after her Park Theatre performance, Ms. Wilson will release her fourth book, “Supreme Glamour.” This highly anticipated coffee table book will showcase the gowns The Supremes were known for over the decades.

This book follows her best-selling autobiography, “Dreamgirl - My Life as a Supreme,” and its sequel, “Supreme Faith - Someday We’ll Be Together.” In 2000, these two books, along with updated chapters, were combined to complete her third book.
