Two Bay View Athletes Make All-State Teams

Field hockey teammates Emily Levesque and Caitlyn Bowles, both of Cranston, have been named to All-State teams.

From St. Mary Academy - Bay View: Two Bay View student-athletes earned All-State honors this fall. They are junior Emily Levesque (Cranston) and senior Caitlyn Bowles (Cranston). Emily earned 1st team All-State honors and Caitlyn was named 2nd team All-State.

“I’m extremely proud of both of them. Emily wants to play in college and to get this acknowledgment in her junior year is great. In addition, Caitlyn is a pure athlete and is so devoted to her athletics. It’s very deserving for the both of them, “ said Bengals Field Hockey Coach Hilary Switzer.

St. Mary Academy - Bay View is an independent Catholic School for girls open to all faiths, Pre-kindergarten through Grade 12, located in East Providence, Rhode Island and sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy.
