EAST GREENWICH, RI — The property at 45-55 Taggart Court has sold for $1,400,000. The figure makes it the highest residential sale in East Greenwich since September 2015, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Dan Harding, sales Associate, and Nicole Harding, sales associate, at Lila Delman Real Estate International, represented the sellers of this 78-acre property.
“The sale of 45-55 Taggart was thrilling for us not only because it is the highest residential sale in East Greenwich since September of 2015, but it was one of the largest parcels of land in East Greenwich’s recent history to ever become available,” he said.
