Avenger College Notes: Sept. 12

EAST GREENWICH, RI—CAROLYN CRUISE plays for the Bentley University Lacrosse team. Recently, she played in all 19 games and started 13 of them. She is a big contributor to the Falcon's Baggataway game.

MARIA NUNEZ has made 15 starts for the Wagner Seahawks soccer team.

KILEY ANDERSON has been making noise for the Salve Regina Seahawks in Lacrosse, scoring 10 goals and assisting six others.

Also at Salve, but on the boy's LAX team, JOE MADDEN, has been hot from his attack-mid fielder spot playing in 16 games and blasting 10 goals and adding 8 assists.

KRISTEN CAROSOTTO appeared in 30 matches for the Babson Beaver's Volleyball team and contributed 83 kills and 54 total blocks.

Cornell likes EG's CORA GEUNES, who made 14 appearances for the Big Red and had a 1-3 mound record in softball.

URI's tennis team has welcomed former Avenger, BROOKE FENNELL on the team and hopes she will be making a contribution real soon.

All everything EGHS tennis star PERI SHEININ will soon be making her mark for the Brown University Bears.

Another Avenger net star will be plying her trade at Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. ELEANOR FULGHUM will be striving to put Crusader tennis on the map.

Another Worcester, MA. school, Clark University, has the services of MAX GESSMAN on their Lacrosse team.

GIOVANNA MANDARINI is a member of the URI Rams soccer squad, while LAURA COOPER is trying to make her mark for the Polar Bears of Bowdoin, and GABBY NICASTRI is doing the same for the Wildcat basketball unit at Johnson & Wales.
