Big Home Sales in East Greenwich Last Week

It was a busy week in East Greenwich’s residential real estate market last week as a number of high-valued homes changed hands.

The house at 26 Miss Fry Drive, for example, sold for $840,000. A house on Great Road sold for $899,900. And 130 Deerfield Drive sold for $649,000.

In fact, the least expensive home to sell in East Greenwich last week, according to data from the statewide Multiple Listing Service, was 77 Greene St., which sold for $370,000.
