EAST GREENWICH, RI — Due to the forecast of snow overnight Monday into Tuesday, East Greenwich has declared a parking ban starting at 11 p.m. Cars left on public roads during a parking ban are subjected to ticketing and towing at the owner's expense.

Forecasts for Rhode Island are for between one and three inches of snow starting around midnight and continuing throughout Tuesday. Snow may mix with rain and ice at times, and is expected to be heaviest during the morning commute.
