East Greenwich Dog Licenses, Overnight Permits Must Be Renewed

The coronavirus extensions for dog licenses, overnight parking permits has expired.

EAST GREENWICH, RI — The extensions of dog licenses and overnight parking permits in the town allowed during the coronavirus health emergency have expired.

Residents must now update those permits or face penalties.

Applications for 2020-21 dog licenses and parking permits can be submitted to the town clerk's office or placed in the town clerk's drop box located on the second floor of town hall. The drop box is accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The parking permit is $25 with a copy of registration, driver's license and proof of residence required (if not indicated on the license) with the application.

Dog licenses are $8 with proof of rabies vaccination required with application.
