East Greenwich Grandparents Invited To Drug Abuse Presentation

EAST GREENWICH, RI — On Wednesday the Grands Flourish nonprofit group will host a presentation for grandparents raising grandchildren affected by substance abuse disorders. The presentation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Swift Community Center. The event will focus on information for support and available services.

The presenter will be Magdalena Andreozzi, the founder of Grands Flourish. The group provides services for grandparents raising grandchildren impacted by substance abuse and other traumas.

"There is power in having the information you need, together with love, it's what helps our grandfamilies succeed," Andreozzi has stated, according to the Grands Flourish website.
