East Greenwich Man Arrested On Multiple Charges: Judicial Portal
David Cooper was charged with felony Domestic Strangulation and two misdemeanor domestic offenses.
EAST GREENWICH, RI—David Cooper, 23, of East Greenwich, is being charged with felony Domestic Strangulation and two misdemeanors: one for Domestic Assault or Battery and one for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. According to the Rhode Island Judicial Portal, the charges were brought by the East Greenwich Police on July 26. Arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 10 in Kent County Superior Court.
