East Greenwich Man Charged With Distributing Drugs In School Zone

EAST GREENWICH, RI — An East Greenwich man is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana after a State Police investigation. Police said Michael Eldridge, 29, was also charged with distribution or manufacturing of a controlled substance in a school zone.

Police said Eldridge ws charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana in excess of five kilograms and distribution of drugs in a school zone.

Police said he was processed at Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division District Court.
