East Greenwich Schools: Five Important Dates For Spring 2019
Here are the dates to know heading into the end of the school year in East Greenwich.

EAST GREENWICH, RI — With April vacation less than a week away and summer vacation looming large, there are several important dates to mark on the calendar before the end of the school year in June. Here are five things to know for the remainder of the school year.
- Spring Recess April 15-19 East Greenwich students have a full-week spring recess, which includes Good Friday on April 19.
- Memorial Day: May 27 Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial kickoff to the summer season and the last three-day weekend of the school year.
- High School Graduation: June 9
- Moving Up Ceremonies: June 13, 14, 17 Students in preschool, second grade and fifth grade will take part in moving up ceremonies at the end of the school year.
- June 13: Frenchtown Grade 2 10 a.m., Preschool 1:30 p.m.
- June 14: Meadowbrook Grade 2 10 a.m.
- June 17: Eldredge Grade 5 10 a.m., Hanaford Grade 5 10 a.m.
- Last Day of School (180th Day): June 18
