East Greenwich Summer Concert Series Begins June 30
Thursday nights at Academy Field is where you'll find local music from all genres.

EAST GREENWICH, RI—Come on down to Academy Field (121 Peirce St.) on Thursday nights beginning June 30th for annual Summer Concert Series. Hear local groups perform a variety of music genre including blues, Motown, country, folk, rock and this year a children’s performer.
This year’s scheduled performers are as follows: Mr. Chubb plays rock on June 30th, Dan Lord and the Big Shots play the blues on July 7th, Nickle Jukebox plays Motown on July 14th, the Boot Hill Band plays country on July 21st, the South County Rounders play folk on July 28th and the series wraps up with a family and children’s group, Cool Banana Wig on August 4th.
All ages are welcome to attend. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. In case of rain the concert will take place in the Swift Gym. There is no admission fee. Please leave your pets at home. For additional information contact the office at 886-8626, ext. 1
