EG's Puppy 'Paddington' To Play in Puppy Bowl

EAST GREENWICH, RI — It's many a pet lovers' dream: a spot of the Animal Planet Puppy Bowl roster for their very own bundle of fur. The East Greenwich Animal Protection League is living the dream now. Paddington, one of their shelter pups, is going to the Big Game. She'll be featured in the pregame show on Feb. 4. The league is throwing a party from 1 to 4 p.m. at the new shelter, 44 Worthington Road, Cranston. Tickets are $5 per person and $10 for a family of four to see all the action over big screen television. The league will also hold its own puppy bowl on the mini-football field.
