Pruning, Zoning & Operation Thank You

Recycles get picked up this week: Just a reminder – this week we need to put both trash AND recycle containers curbside.

Cindy Wood Garden Club meeting: The garden club is hosting a pruning workshop at a private garden. David Renzi, owner of Out In Front Horticulture, will demonstrate pruning techniques on different plants and trees. The meeting is free and open to amateur and experienced gardeners. Attendees are invited to bring photos of problem plantings; David will give advice on how to trim them. The meeting begins at 9:30 with light refreshments. Zoning Board meeting: One commercial and one residential application are on the agenda (here). At Town Hall, 7 p.m.

EG Booster Club meeting: The EGHS Booster Club will meet in the Police Community Room at 7 p.m. All are encouraged to come!

Scout Night at Biomes: Scout Night at Biomes is a special evening just for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and their families. Come with your troop or with your family to enjoy all of the marine life here at Biomes! And be sure to think about any requirements you can fill by coming here and studying our animals and their habitats! $8 for scouts and members; $10 for everyone else age 3 and up. 5:30 to 7 p.m.
