RI Missing Dog: Help Bring Zak Home

Residents of North Kingstown, East Greenwich and Warwick are asked to be on the lookout for Zak, who went missing last month.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — The community is mobilizing to help find Zak, a 3-year-old cattle dog who went missing in mid-August. Zak is "very skittish" and got away from his adopter in the N. Quidnessett Road area of North Kingstown.

Volunteers are expanding the search area and need help posting updated flyers to widen the search. Those interested in helping out can stop by the rescue at 44 Worthington Rd., Cranston, on Sunday, Sept. 20 between 10 and 10:45 a.m. to pick up flyers and handouts.

Residents of North Kingstown, East Greenwich or Warwick are asked to check their doorbell and security camera footage for sightings. Zak is reddish brown and white and in the 25-30-pound range.
