EAST GREENWICH, RI — Music on the Hill, an East Greenwich organization that presents an annual concert series for the community, will receive a $2,000 grant from the Rhode Island State Council On The Arts (RISCA) to continue operations in 2021.

“During these difficult times, it is critically important to support our arts and culture sector," said Randall Rosenbaum, executive director of RISCA, in a statement. "Typically, the arts contribute over $2 billion annually to the Rhode Island economy, and employ more than 17,500 people. These state investments will keep the arts sector working on behalf of all Rhode Islanders, for the cultural, educational and economic benefit of the entire state.”
