Rocky Hill School To Host RI Business Summit
Lt. Gov. Dan McKee will be the opening speaker.

From Rocky Hill School: Rocky Hill School and the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce are hosting a two-day Rhode Island Business Strong Summit on Thursday, March 8 at 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday, March 10 from 8 a.m. to noon at Rocky Hill School in East Greenwich.
Lt. Governor Dan McKee, opening ceremony speaker, will be conducting a Small Business Open Forum. Following the forum, on Saturday, participants will have the opportunity to attend three of the five business strong educational sessions presented by leading subject matter experts in the fields of manufacturing, the arts, career and workforce development, and cybersecurity.

- Growth and Manufacturing at General Dynamics Electric Boat with Stacy Childers (Director of HR)
- The Future of Work and Artificial Intelligence/Robotics World with Dr. Jim Tracy (Head of Rocky Hill School and Co-Chair of Mass Robotics Future of Work Committee)
- Lean Manufacturing with Karl Wadensten (President of VIBCO and Commerce RI Board Member and Vice Chair of the Governor’s Lean RI Operational Excellence)
- Arts in Business with Babette Allina (Director of Government and Corporate Relations at Rhode Island School of Design)
- Cybersecurity for Small Businesses
"It is a mission of the chamber to provide robust programs for the business community as a boom for their professional growth," said Kritin Urbach, Executive Director of the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce.
