Convenience stores:
East Greenwich Farms, 360 Main St., is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Cumberland Farms at 5687 Post Road and 3323 South County Trail are open 8 a.m. to midnight (they will be offering free coffee).

Pharmacies 
CVS at 1285 South County Trail, 507 Main Street and 2250 New London Turnpike are open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., but only the Main Street pharmacy will be open, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
