Johnston High Students Dismissed Early Due To Heating Problem
The Johnston School District confirmed the high school students were dismissed at 9 a.m. Wednesday due to a heating problem.

JOHNSTON, RI — If they weren't prepared for a test Wednesday, some Johnston High students caught a break. They had a short school day due to a heating problem. The students were dismissed at 9 a.m., the superintendent's office said. But there will be school Thursday. The problem has been resolved.
Johnston is the latest area high school to experience problems related to weather. According to WPRI-TV 12's report, a water pipe burst this morning at Durfee High in Fall River, Mass.
