Johnston Police Arrest Warren Man on Domestic Violence Charges
Kyle Durette, 43, had been sought by Warren Police.
A Warren man sought by that town's police department on domestic violence charges was arrested by Johnston Police on Sept. 11.
Warren Police had issued an arrest warrant for Kyle Durette, 43, for one count each of domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Local officers reported taking custody of Durette around 5:30 p.m. and reporting his arrest to Warren Police, whose officers retrieved Durette and presented him for arraignment at the Warren Police Department at about 8:20 p.m.
Durette was released on personal recognizance with a no-contact order until a scheduled Sept. 27 arraignment in Sixth District Court.
