RI Weather: Local Flooding Reported
Weather watchers are reporting some local flooding in Cranston, North Providence around Silver Spring Avenue and Providence.

NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI -- Weather watchers are reporting some local flooding in North Providence and around Silver Spring Avenue. Motorists are advised to turn around if they encounter flooding. Police had to help people from their cars on Route 10.
