State Police Charge Johnston Man With Fraud
Donnie Shenk, 34, was arraigned on three counts of fraud at Sixth District Court On Monday.

JOHNSTON, RI — The State Police Financial Crimes Unit charged a Johnston man with three counts of fraud on Monday. Donnie Shenk, 34, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses over $1,500, fraudulently obtaining assistance and giving false document to a public official.
Shenk was processed at State Police Headquarters and taken to Sixth District Court. He was arraigned and released on $3,000 personal recognizance.
