Newport County Mentor/Co-op Group Raytheon Career Day

Proposed Schedule:

9:00-9:20 Bus arrival and check-in with security 
9:20-9:45 Presentation - Raytheon overall & SCC focus
9:45-10:00 Undersea Systems overview 
10:00-10:15 Maritime Awareness Overview
10:15-10:45 Group 1 - Undersea lab tour; Group 2 - Athena Demonstration
10:45-11:00  Break  11:00-11:45 Lunch with YESNET members  11:45-12:15 Group 2 - Undersea lab tour; Group 1 - Athena Demonstration
12:15-12:45 Mentor/Co-op Rep. - Career Pathways presentation  12:45-1:00 Checkout with security and return to bus for departure

For these students, we need: Full proper name including middle, home address and they must be a US Citizen.

The bus schedule is below, bus shows up Wednesday Feb 14, at

Tiverton High School at 7:30 a.m.
Portsmouth High School at 8:00 a.m.
Middletown at 8:30 a.m.,

We get to Raytheon in Portsmouth at 9 a.m., the tour is over at 1 p.m., bus will  go to Middletown, arrive at 1:30 p.m., then Portsmouth at 2 p.m. then Tiverton at 2:30 p.m..  

All students must be U.S. Citizens.  The security office would like one form per school to include:  Students' full names (First, Middle, Last), signature of administrator confirming citizenship.  They request that this be received 10 days in advance to security.

Students should be aware that they will not be able to carry their cell phones with them during the day. Lunch will be provided – please have the schools inform us of any dietary restrictions
