Hello Chris Semonelli,
Thank you for registering your students from Newport County
Mentor/Co-Op Group for the CS4RI Summit 2018. We are excited to have you
join us! Here are some preliminary logistical details.
Attendees:
You are confirmed to bring 50 students to the Summit. You will be
expected to follow your local requirements for student to chaperone
ratios. If this number is expected to change and/ or if you have any
students who require special assistance, let us know as soon as possible
so we can make accommodations. If your school is no longer able to
attend, or if your number of attendees is significantly less than your
earlier estimate, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing me
at tania@tealsk12.org so that we can offer the opportunity to schools on
the waiting list.
You will need to submit a complete
roster by Monday 11/26. Please email the roster to me at
tania@tealsk12.org. Schools need to collect signed media release forms
for all students. On the day of the Summit, we will ask you for a signed
affirmation that all the students attending the CS4RI Summit have a
signed media release form and a copy of each has been provided at
check-in. Please see the attendance template and media release form
attached.
Students who cannot have their picture taken
will have a special designation and will not be included in official
event documentation. However, the CS4RI team is not responsible for
photos taken by other Summit attendees.
Follow-up communications will be sent with additional information and next steps, regarding:
ð Pre-Lesson
ð Badge app Instructions
ð Nominating a student for the CS4RI Award
ð Day of Logistics
