My friends,Wayne Gifford faces a massive Life Saving Surgery. Please read this amazing man's story and help if you can.

My friends, my step dad Wayne Gifford faces a massive Life Saving Surgery to remove his hip, hip joint, pelvis and probably leg Thursday morning in a 8-10hr Surgery due to a rare cancer.
