Middletown Court Sessions Resume With New Guidelines

Middletown municipal and probate court sessions are being held in the town council chambers.

MIDDLETOWN, RI — There are new guidelines for the Middletown municipal court and probate court sessions that resumed in person in June after being suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.

The sessions are being held in the town council chambers.

Those with a scheduled court appointment are asked to use the east entrance near the American with Disabilities Act doors on the back right side of the building.

Those attending are asked to wear a cloth face covering and observe social distancing at all times. That may include having to wait outside the building after checking in.
