Middletown Woman Dies After Crash Early Saturday
The crash happened around 2 a.m. Saturday morning on Third Beach Road. A 33-year old Middletown woman died on Sunday, police said.
MIDDLETOWN, RI—Police said Monday a Middletown woman has died from injuries suffered in a rollover crash Saturday. Kory Jones, 33, was involved in a rollover crash. She and the driver, Matthew Jones, also 33, were thrown from the car on Third Beach Road around 2 a.m. Saturday. Both were taken to Newport Hospital. She died on Sunday. He is being charged with drunken driving. Police said the investigation is continuing. No additional information was available.
