MIDDLETOWN, RI — A Middletown resident and graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield has received the class of 2021 Good Citizenship Award, reported The Middletown Press.

Kojo Appiah graduated from Bryant on May 22, earning a bachelor of science in business administration degree with a concentration in finance.The Good Citizenship award recognizes Appiah for his academic excellence, leadership, and service.

The award is presented annually to a graduating senior who has demonstrated the qualities of sincerity and vigorous industry in the interest of good citizenship and who has furthered better government both on and off campus.
