MLK Center To Distribute Food At 2 Middletown Locations Thursday

MIDDLETOWN, RI — The Martin Luther King Center will distribute food to those town residents in need in two locations on Thursday.

Food will be distributed from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Ludlow Terrace near the entrance to the Calvary Baptist Church, and from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. at the Oxbow Farms apartment complex on Rogers Lane.

The MLK Center mobile food pantry distributes both non-perishable and perishable food to anyone in need.

Residents should bring a photo ID, wear a cloth face covering and practice social distancing. Food is pre-packaged for convenience.
