<p>MIDDLETOWN, RI — Santa's rounds through Middletown were back on track Tuesday night after even Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer could not light his way through Monday night's storm. Starting Tuesday, and running through Dec. 13, Middletown Firefighters Local 1933 will be assisting the big man from the North Pole to neighborhoods all over the town.</p> <p>Santa's off-duty elves will be helping Santa distribute candy canes to each neighborhood until all are visited before Christmas.
