The temperatures are slowly, very slowly warming up, but one sure sign of spring is back.
MIDDLETOWN, RI—The temperatures are supposed to feel a little more like Spring on Friday, at least for the morning. But one favorite harbinger of the new season has returned. Frost Freez reopened for 2018 on March 30. A steady stream of cars pulled off East Main Road with customers happy to dig into a soft serve, a frozen yogurt or a banana split.
