State Police Arrest Providence Man On Middletown Theft Charge
State Police said Sean Richardson, 28, was turned over to Middletown Police after turning himself in on an arrest warrant for shoplifting.
MIDDLETOWN, RI — State Police on Tuesday charged a Providence man with shoplifting in Middletown. State Police said Sean Richard, 28, turned himself in on an arrest warrant at the State Police headquarters.
State Police said Richard was processed and then turned over to the Middletown Police Department.
