Third Beach Reopens, Peabody Beach Remains Closed
Officials from the state Department of Health are monitoring water quality.
Third Beach in Middletown is once again safe for swimming after recent water samples tested by the state Department of Health.
Meanwhile, Peabody’s Beach in Middletown remains closed due to elevated bacteria counts.
