Which RI Beaches Are Closed For Saturday?
Add Third Beach in Middletown to the list deemed unsafe for swimming.
MIDDLETOWN, RI — Third Beach in Middletown and the Bonnet Shores Beach Club in Narragansett are closed for swimming because of high bacteria levels, the state health department said. Also, the Slack Reservoir (on the Johnston-Greenville line) is still off-limits due to blue-green algae blooms.
