Amid Frigid Temps, More Snow On The Way To RI
Expect the next round of wintry weather over the weekend.

RHODE ISLAND — Another round of wintry weather is taking aim at southern New England this weekend, arriving just in time for Valentine's Day.
Don't expect too much new accumulation, but expect slippery road conditions throughout the day Sunday and on Saturday night. The National Weather Service predicted snow and sleet will arrive Saturday night, turning into wintry mix Sunday. The nasty weather is expected to hang around throughout the holiday weekend, lasting into Tuesday.
Amid the onslaught of bad weather, Rhode Islanders can also expect frigid temperatures, with highs not expected to crack 30 degrees Friday and Saturday. Friday kicked off in the teens and lower across the region, with 15 degrees reported in Warwick and 16 degrees in Newport.
