Easton's Beach Back Open For Swimming
Bacteria levels are back in the safe range, the Rhode Island Department of Health said.
NEWPORT, RI — Newport's Easton's Beach is back open for swimming. The beach was reopened by the Department of Health over the weekend after it was closed last week due to high bacteria levels.
The beach was closed Thursday night.
