NEWPORT, RI — The votes have been counted in Rhode Island and results are pouring in for both state and local elections. Mail ballots and in-person, both early and from polling places on Election Day, have been tabulated at the local level, showing how residents voted both in the presidential and municipal races, as well as local ballot questions.
