February Vacations At Rhode Island Schools
Not all Rhode Island students have a full week off for February vacation.
It's nearly President's Day, which means kids around the state will have time off school for February vacation. Over the past several years, several Rhode Island school districts have opted to get rid of a full week off in both February and April, shortening breaks to a long weekend.
According to the Rhode Island Department of Education, most public school districts have a weeklong vacation. Here's a breakdown of upcoming February breaks, by school district.
