NEWPORT, RI — As more and more sharks are spotted along the coast of Cape Cod, one of the most iconic summer movies is returning to the big screen. This week, relive the terror of "Jaws," the film that kept droves out tourists out of the water in 1975.

The two-night celebration will feature activities such as live music, an after part at Brick Alley Pub and, of course, screenings of the iconic film at the Jane Pickens Theater on July 23 and 24.

The event begins on Tuesday evening, with live music by the Z-Boys kicking off the celebration at 6:30 p.m., followed by the film screening at 7:30 p.m. Starting at 10 p.m., What's Up Newp and Narragansett Beer will hold an afterparty at Brick Alley Pub, with a free 'Gansett for the first 50 guests.
