Police arrested four people at the Lobster Bar and a fifth person in a separate fight outside.

NEWPORT, RI — Police arrested four customers at The Lobster Bar on Bowen's Wharf early Thursday. A fifth person, involved in a separate fight on Bowen's Wharf, was also arrested. According to police, the bar called for help with unwanted patrons at 12:45 a.m. Officers at a post outside The Landing Restaurant were told a patron had "latched onto the bouncer." But when police attempted to remove Zachary H. Bastian, 32, of Narragansett, several other customers tried to stop the police.
Bastian, and the other three, were charged with Simple Assault and Battery; Resisting arrest; Obstructing an officer; and Disorderly Conduct. The others arrested are: Kate Monaghan, 30, and Nathan Maguire Mook, both of South Kingstown; and Parker Shapleigh Dupouy, III, 39, of North Kingstown.
Meanwhile, police spotted Brett James Mrozowski, 32, of Newport, allegedly fighting with "unidentified males." He was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
