RI's Wild Weather Continues: Heat, Storm Risk Return
After a wet, chilly 4th of July weekend, Rhode Island is back under a heat advisory for the coming days.

After a long holiday weekend of chilly, wet weather, the heat is back in Rhode Island. A heat advisory will be in effect for much of the state starting Tuesday afternoon and continuing into Wednesday.
Along with the heat came the return of humid weather, raising feel-like temperatures to uncomfortable levels over 90 degrees.
The National Weather Service issued a heat advisory for the northern half of the state starting at 1 p.m. Tuesday and continuing through 7 p.m. Wednesday.
