Two Women Charged With Shoplifting At RK Towne Center
Police said they shoplifted from several stores.
NEWPORT, RI—Two Newport women face misdemeanor shoplifting charges after they allegedly stole items from the Dollar Tree, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, and Stop and Shop, all in the shopping plaza on Connell Highway. Police went Stop and Shop at 7:42 p.m. Monday and arrested Alina Maratovna Shamsuarova, 20, and Veronika Vladimirovna Ivanovo, 21, both of Newport. They were booked at 8:15 p.m.
