1. A Pawtucket postal worker says he was abducted at gunpoint, forced into a Chrysler 300, and accused of tampering with a package delivery. Court documents show the abduction may be connected with a man who allegedly shipped narcotics from Puerto Rico to Rhode Island. Three suspects are in custody. WPRI tracked down the story.

2. Dimeo Construction will build Tidewater Stadium. Fortuitous Partners announced the choice and said there will be a groundbreaking this fall. The multi-use stadium will be home to Rhode Island's new United Soccer League Championship club. The riverfront stadium will include restaurants, retail space, and public plazas. Read it on Patch.

3. A mill building in Pawtucket will be demolished and a massive distribution facility will take its place. Blackstone Distribution Center will replace the former Microfibres at 1 Moshassuck St. The 10-acre project won approval from the Planning Commission. As part of the deal, the intersections of Main and Moshassuck streets will be redesigned. Ethan Shorey at the Valley Breeze has the scoop.

4. An interactive pinball museum is coming to Pawtucket. Patrons will be able to pay one fee and play all day on antique machines. Three applicants are seeking approval from the Board of License Commissioners. They hope to open on July 1 at the Creative Commerce Center at 881 Main St., the revitalized former Vitrus Building. Ethan Shorey has the story.

5. Clovis C. Gregor has defeated Ana P. Soares in a special Democratic primary to fill the vacant District 5 seat on the Pawtucket City Council. The winner of a July 6 election will replace the late District 5 Councilor Ama Amponsah. Read the stats on Patch.

• The Finance Committee of the Blackstone Academy Charter School meets June 10 at 5:30 p.m. with a budget discussion and update on capital needs.

• The Narragansett Bay Chorus plans to rehearse in Slater Park from 6:30 to 9 p.m., according to their posted schedule.

• In Varsity Softball, Hope High School meets Shea Tolman at Max Read Field at 4:30 p.m. Tolman/Shea Boys Varsity Volleyball meets Pilgrim at Tolman at 6:30 p.m.
