Pawtucket Police Work Yields Two Cocaine Indictments
Men from Conn. and Mass. were indicted by a Providence County Grand Jury and accused of trying to distribute more than a kilo of cocaine.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Two men from Connecticut and Massachusetts have been indicted by a Providence County Grand July following drug investigations by the Pawtucket Police Department.
Jose Ramon Agosto Andino, 28, of Willimantic, Conn. and Jose Belen Agosto Andino, 37, of New Bedford, Mass. were indicted on May 14 based upon evidence garnered by police detectives.

Each of the men is charged with one count of possession of over one kilogram of cocaine, one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and two counts of conspiracy to violate Rhode Island's Controlled Substances Act.
The alleged acts occurred in Pawtucket on September 21, according to a news release from the Office of the Attorney General. The pair are scheduled for arraignment on June 2 in Providence County Superior Court.
