2 Free Flu Clinics Coming Up In Little Compton
Come get a free flu shot at Wilbur and McMahon School on Oct. 6 and Nov. 5.
LITTLE COMPTON, RI — Two free flu clinics are coming up at Wilbur and McMahon School. Preregistration is required for the two clinics, which will be held Oct. 4 and Nov. 5.
Both clinics will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Anyone aged three and up is eligible, and spots can be reserved online.
"Now, more than ever, you must protect yourself and your loved ones from the flu," said Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott, the director of the Rhode Island Department of Health. "The flu vaccine is your best protection."

Gov. Gina Raimondo also stressed the importance of getting a flu vaccine this year, to help keep Rhode Islanders healthy and out of hospitals amid the coronavirus pandemic.
