The Sogkonate Garden Club will present a free program on Controlling Invasive Plants Without Pesticides on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Little Compton Community Center at 7:30 PM. Come hear URI Professor Lisa Tewksbury, Specialist in Plant Sciences and Entomology, share the latest methods of controlling invasive plants without the use of chemical pesticides, digging and pulling, or wholesale clearing.
