Sept 15 Fall Kick-Off Sunday at the UCC Church in Little Compton
Start of Programs Including Confirmation, Sunday School, Youth Groups, Adult Education, and More. Family Picnic Following Service.
The Untied Congregational Church in Little Compton invites everyone to their Fall Kick-Off Sunday Service on September 15th. The church is located on the historic Commons in Little Compton. The service begins at 10am and will be followed by a picnic lunch on the green (weather permitting, indoors if not) immediately following the service completion. A bounce house will be available for kids during the picnic.
This service marks the launch for the church's fall programming. This year's programs include a full line-ups: a confirmation class for 8th and 9th grade students, an adult learning class: "Christianity 101", a sermon series on the life and faith of Mr. Rogers, and a new family dinner and game night program called "First Fridays" to be held, aptly, on the First Friday of each month beginning in October.
