Tiverton High Evacuated After Students Complained About Breathing
Multiple news sources are reporting the students were sent home early Tuesday due to problems with dust in the heating system.

TIVERTON, RI—The high school students were sent home early Tuesday due to problems with construction work, specifically due to dust in the heating system. The school dismissed grades 9 to 12 at noon but said the decision was due to "an abundance of caution." The air quality was tested. Nothing toxic was found.
According to the statement on the district's Twitter page, the high school's heating system is being upgraded, and workers cut through brick to accommodate the new units. Some dust from the brick seeped into the temporary heating system, the school said.
