Tiverton Police: Disorderly Conduct, Domestics and Reckless Driving
The following arrests are based on reports of the Tiverton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The Tiverton Police Department made the following arrests last month:
- A 14-year-old Tiverton boy, for disorderly conduct on May 24 at about 1 p.m. after he was allegedly pushing and assaulting students during class changes at the Tiverton Middle School. He was turned over to family members and the incident was referred to the juvenile officer.
- Scott Botelho, 39, of 202 Choate St., Fall River, MA, for reckless driving on May 28 at 8:11 p.m. after police saw him driving 81 mph in a marked 40 mph zone on Crandall Road. During the pursuit, a patrol officer noted that speeds reached in excess of 100 mph. The motorcycle stopped in a parking lot on Crandall Road and Bothelo was charged with reckless driving and eluding police. He was arraigned and released on $1,000 bail with surety.
- John A. Medeiros, 50, of 51 Walnut St. Apt 3, Tiverton, for domestic assaut following a report of a domestic argument between an uncle and nephew on May 25. It is alleged that Medeiros punched his 21-year-old newphew in the eye. He was arraigned and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
- Leonard R. Dutra, 50, of 436 Third St., Fall River, MA, for shoplifting, following an incident on April 12 at Humphrey's where Dutra allegeldy stole $15-$40 worth of 50-foot Romex wire. Police issued a warrant and Dutra was arrested on May 25 and released on $100 bail with surety.
- Benjamin David Elwell, 18, of 73 John Dyer Road, Little Compton, for disorderly conduct and vandalims on May 21. According to reports, Elwell entered Coastal Nutrition on Stafford Road where his ex-girlfriend works, argued with her then struck her truck, causing $900 worth of damage. He was released on a summons to appear in Second Division District Court on June 6.
- Matthew J. Neumyer, 26, of 216 Jefferson St. Apt. 1, Fall River, MA, for vandalism and disorderly conduct based on a warrant on May 23. The warrant stemmed from a June 2012 charge for damaging a mailbox at a Tiverton residence he was taken into custody and arraigned the next day in Second Division District Court.
- Dawn M. Dube, 50, and her daughter, Rachel A. Dube, 18, both of of 78 Bower St., Somerset, MA for one count each of domestic simple assualt and domestic disorderly conduct following an argument in the parking lot of Benjamin's Sports Pub on May 21.
